Kaiser Interstate Medical Campus is one of the busiest medical facilities in Oregon. An active healthcare facility, they reached out to give their floors an upgrade. We worked closely with the General Contractor from pre-construction consulting all the way through installation to make sure the job was completed on time and on budget.
Replacing over 200,000 square feet of flooring, it it was crucial to provide effective communication and manage a tight schedule to minimize downtime, but our experienced project managers and installation team were up for the job!
Our experienced team was able to trouble shoot site conditions that would impact budget and schedule before they happened. In the end we were able to deliver a flexible phased schedule that installed dozens of types of flooring so they could get back to what they do best.
