OF A 105 YEAR OLD BUILDING
IN PORTLAND’S PEARL DISTRICT
Our team worked around the clock to make the historic renovation of a 5 story building and basement a success. The 51,900 sq ft mixed use building houses Keen Footwear’s headquarters as well as office, retail, childcare, and recreation spaces.
Due to the condition of the subfloor, extensive floor preparation was required before our team could install 30,000 sq ft of carpet tile but luckily our team was up for the task!
