The Village is a large scale senior living development that significantly increased the footprint of Mary’s Woods. Our team worked in close coordination with the general contractor and design team to ensure an installation that met the highest standard.
Project highlights include completing 196 independent living units on schedule, each with unique finishes, requiring extensive pre-construction planning and coordination, from material procurement to installation. We also successfully installed over 10,000 sy of custom carpet that required extensive field measurements and an understanding of how the product is manufactured.
